The life of the church is ever changing. Growing. Stable. Declining. Revitalizing. At some point in a church's timeline, the pastor will leave. Sometimes he leaves under good circumstances and sometimes under difficult situations.

Since 1992, IMI/SOS has come along side churches when they are between pastors. In this interim time, we help the church by providing a consistent pastor in the pulpit week by week.

Our associates are retired men with many years of pastoral experience who can also assist the church leadership through the process of evaluating where the they have been and how they should move forward. They are also a helpful resource for processing the steps of calling a new pastor.

Preach the Word and love the people. Our goal is to help churches grow and be renewed even when they are between pastors.
